  • Share a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

  • Provide clear photographs showing:

Replacement Request Timeline

Replacement requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Requests without the required unboxing video and supporting photographs may be declined.
